It’s not bad, but we often say 確認できた in business situations.
Or, we just say as below, dropping the meaning of ‘see’.
キャンペーンを開始するとすぐに売上が伸びました。
‘Lucky’ can be said ラッキー in Japanese, but it sounds a bit casual.
So, it’s better to say 運がよかったんですよ if you’re talking to your boss or clients.
幸運でした is also common, but it may sound a bit stiff.
If you’re talking about a campaign that all speakers know well, you can add あの or 例の before キャンペーン.
This makes the conversation sound more natural and friendly.
I mean it sounds like one between people doing the same job.
