Advanced Tips
1. ‘Leading brand’ can be translated as トップブランド、一流ブランド.
2. The second meaning ‘brand’ can be translated as 独自の, 独特の in most cases, but sometimes, these words don’t quite fit.
In this case, there are two options.
One is not to translate. For example,
I don’t think Bertha would appreciate your particular brand of sympathy.
バーサはあなたの同情心に感謝はしないと思います。

The other is to translate as その種の. For example,
I don’t think Bertha would appreciate your particular brand of sympathy.
バーサはあなたのその種の同情心に感謝はしないと思います。

Both are fine. If I had to say, the latter expresses the nuance of ‘specific’. You should be careful , though, because in some cases it may sound critical of Bartha.
